A 4200 meter course of wood-chip trails, grass, and some pavement winding through 180 acres of Nike campus. 
Footwear Notice: Spikes are not recommended. The majority of the course is on bark chip trail, but there is a 300 meter stretch of pavement. You may want to place "blanks" in your spikes or use a waffle racing shoe.
